SUSAN EISNER, MPH, CASAC - SPEAKER/TRAINER, COACH & HAVENING PRACTITIONER
Our mission, through professional speaking, training and coaching, is to transform people’s lives into ones of conscious living and self-care, high level wellness emotionally, physically and spiritually, and optimal professional and personal performance.
SEMINAR: “I love it that Susan uses very real and relatable experiences to talk about the topics. It is very inspirational and motivating.” Mila Rose Villaceran, RN, FNP-BC, at Carnegie East House NYC Seminar on "Mindfulness, Meditation, and Relaxation Techniques."
COACHING: "I was very impressed after completing that process with Susan. I was amazed at how much knowledge I gained about relationships, what makes people do what they do and understanding the reasons behind it. After one process I felt much better about many issues. I highly recommend it!"

I LOVE getting up in front of a room and connecting with my audiences about deep, sometimes scary topics people don't always want to discuss. I’m passionate about these topics personally and professionally. It all started in an elective graduate school class at Temple University on Stress Management. Week after week we sprawled out on large, red blankets on the floor and practiced meditation and relaxation techniques. I was so relaxed I could barely drive home! That class was one of those life changing experiences that led me to doing and teaching this work. It started out with teaching self-care on a physical level. Then I expanded my work to include self-care of the emotional and spiritual parts of us. In particular this requires a deep exploration into our emotions and how they strongly impact ALL of these parts of us - and how we can best manage them to be healthy overall.
I'M A STRONG PROPONENT OF THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION, AND I TEACH ABOUT MINDFULNESS IN ALL MY SEMINARS AND COACHING SESSIONS.
I'm also known for being down-to-earth and honest. I have a knack for getting people to do the same. A seminar participant said, “Wow, I never shared that about myself anywhere else. It was great!” I hear this often.
My goal is to get people to really love themselves and also to strongly feel SELF-COMPASSION - and to know what that actually means on a practical level! This way they'll take better care of themselves because they VALUE themselves and they want to treat themselves kindly and STOP HURTING THEMSELVES.
So be it in a seminar or coaching session, we talk a lot about where you want to go and what you want to achieve, what's blocking you internally and externally from getting there, getting over those humps, and moving you into healing and health, happiness and gratitude.
I hope to see you in my upcoming workshops or coaching sessions!"
